SHIPPING

The orders are shipped from the Netherlands with PostNL International Package. Choose from the following options during the check-out:

- Standard parcel (without tracking number)
- Track & Trace parcel (with tracking number)

 

TIMING OF DELIVERY

Under normal circumstances, all orders will need 3-4 business days for prepare and package, not including Saturday and Sunday. We will send you an email when your order has shipped. However, in the month prior to the opening of the biennial, please expect a delay of 5-10 days while our team is on-site. 

Please note: customs clearance can delay the delivery of your shipment to countries outside of the EU.

CUSTOMS

Manifesta’s webshop is located in the Netherlands and all orders are shipped from the Netherlands. As such, imports need to be declared when they arrive in the delivery country and may incur import tax. Manifesta is not responsible for Customs fees and taxes and cannot offer specific advice on import fees, duty fees, custom fees or taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you. We encourage you to consult your local import office with any questions.
